Who We Are

This policy applies to Dragon Warriors Pixelated, package name com.rjdev.dragon.warriors.pixelated. RJLabs operates the game. In this policy, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean RJLabs.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the game, we and our service providers may collect the following information:

• Account and identifiers: Firebase user ID, anonymous account status, optional Google Play Games sign-in status, generated player ID, installation ID, cloud session and request IDs, authentication tokens, and cache data needed to provide the game and cloud profile.
• Gameplay and profile data: game progress, player level, stage progress, currencies, skills, heroes, equipment, upgrades, quests, rewards, settings, language preference, cloud-save revisions, and server-time data.
• Purchase data: product IDs, transaction IDs, Google Play purchase tokens or receipts, purchase status, entitlement state, and fulfillment records. Payment-card details are handled by Google Play or another payment provider and are not collected by us directly.
• Ads and consent data: rewarded-ad placement, ad request and view information, reward grants, ad failures, consent choices, advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, and ad interaction data processed by Google Mobile Ads, AdMob, and related Google services.
• Analytics and diagnostics: app version, platform, gameplay and progression events, purchase and ad events, remote-configuration checks, crash reports, errors, and diagnostic logs used to operate and improve the game.
• Support messages: your email address, message content, player ID, and any information you choose to provide when contacting support.

How We Use Information

• Provide the game, save and restore progress, and synchronize cloud profiles.
• Authenticate players through Firebase anonymous sign-in and optional Google Play Games sign-in.
• Grant rewards, validate purchases, manage entitlements, and prevent duplicate claims or fraud.
• Serve rewarded ads, process consent choices, and grant eligible ad rewards.
• Fetch remote configuration, validate server time, maintain security, and improve reliability.
• Analyze game stability, gameplay balance, feature use, ad performance, and purchase performance.
• Respond to support requests and comply with legal, platform, and security obligations.

Third-Party Services

Dragon Warriors Pixelated uses third-party services that may process information under their own policies:

• Firebase for authentication, analytics, remote configuration, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Crashlytics, and cloud saves.
• Google, including Google Play, Google Play Games, Google Mobile Ads, AdMob, and the User Messaging Platform.
• Unity services and packages, including Unity IAP and platform components used in the game build.

Sharing Information

We may share information with service providers that operate game infrastructure, cloud saves, analytics, ads, billing, hosting, support workflows, and fraud prevention. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, security, and game integrity. We do not sell personal information.

Advertising And Consent

Dragon Warriors Pixelated may offer rewarded ads through Google AdMob. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized based on your region, consent choices, device settings, and provider availability. Where required, we show a consent prompt through Google’s User Messaging Platform before serving ads or using advertising identifiers.

Permissions And Device Access

The game uses internet access for authentication, cloud saves, purchases, ads, remote configuration, and support links. The Google Play Games integration may include permissions for Nearby Connections, such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi state, and coarse location. We do not use precise location, contacts, camera, microphone, health data, SMS, or call logs for gameplay, analytics, advertising, or support.

Local Storage And Cloud Saves

The game stores progress and settings locally on your device and may synchronize profile data to cloud services after Firebase authentication. Removing the app or clearing app data may delete local progress that has not yet been synchronized.

Retention And Deletion

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the game, maintain cloud saves and entitlements, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and support backups or audit records. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account/profile data by contacting dragonwarriors.contact@gmail.com and including your Player ID if available. Some purchase, fraud-prevention, security, chargeback, entitlement, and legal-compliance records may need to be retained where permitted or required by law.

Your Choices

• You can play with Firebase anonymous authentication or connect Google Play Games when that option is available.
• You can adjust ad personalization and reset your advertising ID through device or Google settings.
• You can decline optional rewarded ads; ad-based rewards are only granted after an eligible completed ad.
• You can contact support for privacy questions or account-data requests.

Children

Dragon Warriors Pixelated is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will review and delete it where required.

Security And International Processing

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including authenticated cloud requests, HTTPS where supported, server-side validation, cloud-save revision checks, and local profile protection. No transmission or storage method is completely secure. We and our providers may process information in countries other than your own.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy when the game, service providers, legal requirements, or platform requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
